Returns Policy – 18k Gold Plated Jewellery

We want you to be fully satisfied with your jewellery. If you change your mind or there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns:

Change of Mind Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you’d like to return it.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Once you let us know, the item must be received back within 14 days.

After we receive your return, it will be inspected for signs of wear or damage.

We will then contact you with a decision or request more information if needed.

Refunds can take up to 14 additional days once the return is approved.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 working days of receiving it.

We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
