HOW TO USE

• Apply one patch to your stomach and leave on for 8 hours (morning or night).

• Night-time use is recommended to avoid showering while wearing the patch.

• Do not use during sunbed sessions.

• Each pack contains 14 patches (2 per sealed sachet), giving you a 2-week course.

• Once you finish the 14 days, you can repeat the process, applying at the same time each day for best consistency.
